We seeking a Marketing Manager to support the strategy development and execution of marketing campaigns for new product launches at Tag-N-Trac globally. Our team is looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in developing and managing innovative campaigns that drive customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty, and brand equity across digital, traditional, and physical channels. Prior experience with start-up product launches and a love for working in an ever-changing environment is a plus. 

Key Qualifications

  • 10 years marketing experience, client, or agency side
  • Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives for start-ups
  • Able to work independently and with ambiguity to develop a new idea or concept
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Able to home in on business challenges, use insights, discuss, and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
  • Able to connect dots across information, work streams, and people to inform the work
  • Adept at solving problems and delivering results through negotiation, tact, and diplomacy
  • Able to develop clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
  • Experience working in a global organization, early stage to growth stage IoT startups
  • Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
  • Curious, self-starter
  • Able to engage and influence partners at all levels
  • Life science/Supply Chain focused product launch experience preferred
